Rivendell Bees - Beeswax Shoe Polish

Our beeswax shoe polish can be used on almost any leather product, not just shoes and boots - just make sure to test an inconspicuous small section first, as all polishes can change colour and appearance of the item it’s applied to. 
We use four key ingredients that each serve a different purpose;
Shea butter - conditions the leather 
Sweet Almond Oil - adds moisture back into dry leather 
Mineral Oil - adds a bit of shine
Beeswax - protects and waterproofs the leather from the elements 
50ml in an aluminium screw lid tin. 
A few drops of Vitamin E improves shelf life, together with a few drops of lavender essential oil. 
 
Black and brown polishes contain cosmetic - grade oxide powders. 
Application is simple. 
*The item needs to be clean
*Apply the polish in circles, being sure to rub well into seams, stitches and creases
*Buff using a clean cloth or brush
*Allow to dry completely before wearing or using
Tired leather may need a few applications to improve it  - then use regularly to keep in top condition.
