Rivendell Bees - Soft Set Honey

All honey starts life runny, but all will eventually crystallise and set.
 
The type of flowers that the bees have visited for nectar will affect how quick this happens, and can vary from as quickly as 24 hours, while others would take years to set, such as borage.
 
The higher the glucose content of the nectar, the faster the honey will set.
 
Our spring set honey has a mild, light taste, and spreads like soft butter. It is perfect on warm toast for breakfast, delightful on croissants and a honey sandwich will hit the spot!
