Rivendell Bees - Spring honey

Our spring honey is full of nectar and pollen from wildflowers, fruit trees such as apple, cherry, pear, dandelion, spring flowering bulbs including crocus, sycamore, blackthorn, willow, hazel and hawthorn. 
This early honey has distinctive woody notes alongside floral highlights.
The bees will also have foraged on oil seed rape flowers. Honey from OSR tends to set fairly readily. To return honey to its runny state, just follow the instructions on the jar label.
Perfect for drizzling on cereals, fruits, yoghurts and breads, cooking and baking.
